TRC Hotel Advisors has opened a Continental Europe office to be proximate to countries with hotel properties that are in the early stages of recovery. Today, Europe provides a hotel acquisition environment with attractive valuations, recovering demand growth, limited supply growth and growing availability of financing.
TRC Hotel Advisors began in Europe in 1998 to provide on-the-ground hotel acquisition and operational asset management to private equity firms needing hospitality expertise in Europe near hotel acquisition sites. TRC advised on portfolios in seven European countries, 200 hotels, 30,000 rooms and $3 billion of value with multiple investment firms.
